Yesterday Chelsea won the European Cup Champions League. Meanwhile, I was considering what to post as my Sunday Sound. The former event made the answer to my later considerations obvious:
This must surely contain one of the most infectious sing-along vocal refrains in the entire history of pop music, and which is, understandably often borrowed - and it's a jolly good song too. Even years after the record's first appearance it still wears well to repeated hearings.
Btw: When I first saw the top of your blog I was sure that your chosen track was going to be 'Blue is the Colour' - but then I realised that you're FAR too young to have had that in your memory vaults. And now I've just looked it up - 1972! (Eek!)
