Simon's Cat in "Cat & Mouse"

Simon's Cat is back and, as ever, Simon Tofield has captured the essence of cat behaviour - this will be sooo familiar to owners of computers who also have a cat or cats...

Enjoy!

  1. :-) Such memories. Up to about the age of 17/18 I used to love putting up the family Xmas tree every year (all that glitter!). Several times after a couple of hours' work decorating a large ceiling-touching tree it would be brought down in two seconds by a pussy who just couldn't resist the sparkling lametta, balls and twinkling fairy lights. We'd hear a crash and tinkling sounds..... but I never once physically chastised the culprit who, after fleeing the scene, came back looking more curious than guilty.
Thanks for bringing me my first smile of the day, Andrew,

  3. Well, that was actually even more pertinent, being exactly like my little Blackso who also likes to jump into my lap when I'm here at the keyboard, sometimes wanting to lie with his front legs stretched out over the keys and is often fascinated by any movements on screen (though if it's porno it makes me uncomfortable to think that his innocent feline mind is being corrupted so I switch to something else). He's never shown any interest in the mouse, though, which is not what one might expect from a cat.
